Human Rights Festival, 21-24 March 2024, Johannesburg

The African Climate Reality Project attended the Human Rights Festival 2024 – a platform bringing organisations together to build greater awareness and knowledge around human rights and to promote the importance of an active citizenry. This is just a glimpse of our bustling stall where we shared invaluable resources on climate education and how to take action. We joined hands with WaterCAN and Cosmic Haven to host a Climate 101 and water testing workshop, which wrapped up with the painting of a mural to commemorate World Water Day. And of course a film screening and discussion on the importance of storytelling.
