Meet Maxwell Beganim
Maxwell Beganim is an accomplished educator, social entrepreneur, and climate advocate with over a decade of experience in youth development, education, and community engagement. A certified African Civic Engagement Leader, he actively contributes to global and regional platforms, serving on the Climate Change and Energy Steering Committee of Ghana Youth Voice, the SDG 7 Youth Constituency, and as Chairperson for Climate and Emerging Technology at the Internet Society Ghana Chapter.






As a Climate Reality Leader, Maxwell drives initiatives such as the Young Green Entrepreneurs project under SYND and the Pan African Green Leaders Academy, while also co-founding the Ghana Green Initiative to promote sustainable practices. His work bridges climate action, STEM education, green entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion, making him a strong voice for youth leadership in Africa’s climate and energy transition.
